Pastor David Hammond

Dave was born and raised in Spokane, and is honored to serve as part of the pastoral team at Three Crosses. He is a graduate of Lewis & Clark High School, The University of Wyoming, and Covenant Theological Seminary. Dave is passionate about faithfully teaching the Bible, and leading others to a deep understanding of “the riches of [God’s] grace, lavished upon us” (Ephesians 1:8). He and his wife Melissa are the parents of four school-aged children.

Pastor Corey Gage

Corey’s personality test characterized him as an abstract, sequential. This means he thinks outside of the box, but likes his ducks in a row. This plays out in his faith in all the paradoxes of the gospel and his love for the laws of the Lord. He gets joy in teaching, counseling, serving, and simple conversations of unpacking the truth of the word and how it impacts our life and points to Christ. He feels blessed that he has been able to serve in full time ministry in the local church since the early 90’s. He married his wife Kimberly in July 1995. His son, Spencer, was born in July 2003, and his daughter, Sydney, in July 2005. He also has a yellow lab, Millie, not born in July, but December 2019.

Pastor Neil Anderson

Neil was born in Baltimore, MD and moved to Spokane, WA as an infant. He graduated from John R. Rogers High School. He attended Biola College for almost four years as a Greek and Bible major, and eventually graduated with a BA in Humanities from Eastern Washington College. He became a Christian at Fourth Memorial Church at the age of sixteen and was active in church and camp ministries. In 1965, he married Carol, and they have four children: Heather, Daniel, Bruce, and Wendy. In 1970, they joined Wycliffe Bible Translators, and in 1972 Neil and Carol left for Papua New Guinea and were assigned to work with the Folopa speaking people. They continued with that work, as well as having assignments in administrative areas, until 2005 when the Folopa New Testament was completed. The dedication for the New Testament took place January 16, 2007. In February 2007 Neil and Carol received the Logohu National Medal of Honour for their service to the country of Papua New Guinea.

Neil has been a plenary speaker at Urbana Missions Conference in the US as well as other conferences. With Hyatt Moore, he co-authored the well-received book “In Search of the Source”, a Wycliffe publication. So far, the book has been translated into a dozen languages.

Neil served as the senior pastor of Fourth Memorial Church in Spokane for almost four years before being called to serve at His Place Church in 2013 as a senior staff pastor and men’s ministry director. His Place Church has graciously sent him to Three Crosses as a pastoral missionary.
